Rendezvous Town Homes

Frequently Asked Questions

Our visitors are full of questions on many topics…far too many to include here! If you don’t see the questions that you’d like to ask here, or if you want more information, please contact us.

The Rendezvous Neighborhood

|Top|

  1. How many townhomes are planned for Rendezvous?

The Rendezvous neighborhood will contain thirty-nine townhomes.

  2. How will the neighborhood be laid out?

Rendezvous is laid out as a cozy village, with near neighbors’ homes lining gently curved streets. Each home has its own unique personality based on the owners’ taste in model, color, standard and upgrade features, and landscaping.

  3. Can I buy Lot # _____?

While you may certainly purchase the lot you want, we are building the homes in phased groups, so as not to disturb the current owners. Call us for information on the building schedule.

  4. How close is Rendezvous to the action in Driggs?

If you’re used to breathing carbon monoxide while surveying hundreds of cars idling around you on a jammed expressway, rest easy! It’s a leisurely stroll, or at the most a quick ride, from Rendezvous to most everything in Driggs. Even the airport is less than 15 minutes’ drive away.

Neighborhood Amenities

  3. Where are the mailboxes?

Banks of mailboxes are located near the entrance to Rendezvous Townhomes.

  4. When and how is trash removed?

Homeowners set up their trash removal service by calling Vorhees Sanitation, 208.354.2249.

  5. Can we use the playground and trails in the Creekside Meadows Subdivision?

As a Rendezvous homeowner, all of the Creekside Meadows outdoor facilities are available to you.

  6. What about neighborhood security?

Driggs is a small town with an astoundingly low crime rate. For this reason, the Homeowners’ Association has not seen a need for Neighborhood Watch programs.
